SNV aims to enhance sutainable cassava production through climate-smart practices to recover dry lands and fight deforestation.

Despite its broad agro-ecological adaptability delivering reasonable yields in areas where many crops fail, current production of 282 million tonnes cannot meet growing demands. SNV aims to enhance sutainable cassava production through climate-smart practices to recover dry lands and fight deforestation. SNV also works specifically with women and young people to improve production and market access for increased incomes and enterprise opportunities.
