Background

In South East Asia, SNV operates in Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, and Cambodia. We are committed to investing in the growth and development of our professional teams and senior leadership to strengthen our ability to deliver impact across the region.

As part of this commitment, SNV is exploring opportunities to provide executive coaching for senior managers. This initiative seeks to enhance leadership capacity, supervisory skills, emotional intelligence, team cohesion, and collaborative work styles, while strengthening cross-cultural management skills within international and regional contexts.

To better understand the market and build a pool of qualified professionals, SNV Asia is establishing a roster of executive coaches who may be considered for future assignments.
