
Abstract
Market-oriented agribusiness enterprises in Cambodia, Ethiopia, and Uganda help impact food systems and can target nutritional deficiencies in the population. In this paper, we provide examples that demonstrate the dual impact of this business orientation, i.e., enhancing dietary quality for vulnerable consumer segments while simultaneously expanding economic opportunities for smallholder agricultural producers.
