Abstract
Digital technology is transforming access to essential services for marginalised populations. Mobile platforms for financial inclusion, such as in Cambodia, and PAYGo systems for LPG and solar energy across Africa promote inclusive development by expanding service reach and lowering transaction costs. The showcased models offer scalable pathways that harness digital innovation to overcome systemic barriers and improve service access among underserved groups.
