  • Abstract

    IMIS is a GIS-based tool that digitalises municipal services in support of better investment planning and service delivery. The system generates real-time evidence-based big data that enhances the responsiveness of municipal services and their accountability to city dwellers. Among others, this brochure presents the tool's functional specifications, the various modules it currently offers, and the steps and timeline required to set up the tool and make it operational.
