Abstract
This analysis highlights how gender-integrated business models supported by IAP are delivering both equity and profitability benefits. In Uganda, strategies such as involving women in last-mile distribution, providing financial services, and offering technical agricultural training have shown tangible results—improving market reach, product quality, and supply chain efficiency. The findings strongly support integrating gender considerations into core business operations, emphasising that these are essential for sustainable growth.
