The objective of the study was to conduct a value chain analysis that sought to understand the production characteristics of producers, availability, and type of markets and the relationship with producers as well as the roles of stakeholders in the enabling environment, rules and regulations, policies, and standards set by the government affecting the vegetable value chain and identification of opportunities for youth and women to increase their incomes.
