Guided by our Executive Team and overseen by our Supervisory Board, the senior leadership team, comprising SNV country directors and global unit heads, remains steadfast in its efforts to create a lasting impact at scale.

SNV is led by an Executive Team, consisting of our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Technical Expertise, Director of Country Programmes, and our Director of People.

The SNV Supervisory Board supervises the Executive Team in their management of the organisation, providing oversight and guidance to ensure that we effectively and efficiently deliver on our mission of contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
