This is a four year AGRA funded project that was implemented by a consortium formed of four organisations in six districts of Mbeya and Rukwa Regions:  Ruvuma Commercialization and Diversification of Agriculture (RUCODIA), African Conservation Tillage Network (ACTN), a microfinance institution and SNV as lead. The project ran from July 2014 until May 2017.

The consortium worked on: soil health, access to finance, farmer organisation strengthening and market access. The project promoted dialogue and collaboration between stakeholders and other actors through organising forums to facilitate the establishment of a credit relationship between agro-dealers and financing institutions, foster farmer organisations and buyer relationships and trust in the project area.
