Explore SNV’s achievements in the world in 2017.

The past year has been fruitful. We improved the lives of 6.4 million people in 26 countries through our agriculture, energy and WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) activities. Our impact went well beyond these direct results as we improved markets for the poor, and strengthened governance systems across all sectors. We continued to steer our efforts towards scaling by increasing the size of individual SNV projects, thus ensuring that our impact is amplified. Our advantage of being locally rooted in the countries where we work has allowed us to expand pilot projects to scale, resulting in larger beneficiary reach.
